Job Description
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Researching and identifying potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Presentations & Demos: Conducting product demonstrations and delivering persuasive sales pitches, often tailored to the specific challenges of a prospect.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handling customer objections, negotiating contract terms (price, delivery, specifications), and finalizing deals to meet monthly or quarterly targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or repeat business.
- Reporting & CRM Mastery: Regularly updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with sales activities, lead status, and performance metrics.
- Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Working with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless customer journey.
