Sales & Growth Associate

This is a sales-focused, target-based internship.

Your responsibility is to sell our Course priced at ₹3,000 through direct outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.

This role is NOT fixed-salary

Earnings are directly linked to conversions you close.

If you are uncomfortable with selling, convincing, or follow-ups, do not apply.

• Course Price: ₹3,000 per student
• Target Audience: Students / early professionals (details & pitch provided)
• Compensation Structure (Read Carefully) : INR 500 per successful conversion
• No cap on earnings
• Example:
• 10 conversions = ₹5,000
• 20 conversions = ₹10,000
• 50 conversions = ₹25,000
• 100 conversations = ₹50,000

• Opportunity to continue as a paid growth associate based on performance

⚠️ There is no fixed stipend/salary.

This is a pure performance-based role.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell the Courses
• Reach out via:
• WhatsApp
• Calls
• DMs
• Personal & student networks
• Pitch the course clearly and confidently
• Follow up with interested leads
• Close payments and confirm enrollments
• Maintain a basic daily conversion tracker
• Targets & AccountabilityYou are expected to:
• Work consistently
• Generate leads independently
• Close conversions

• Activity without conversions is not considered performance
• Regular reviews based on results, not effort
