Sales Head

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head – Solar to lead and grow our solar business across Rajasthan and Haryana. The candidate should have strong exposure to Solar Rooftop and EPC projects, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive business generation across the complete state.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end sales operations for Solar Rooftop and EPC projects across Rajasthan.
• Develop and execute state-level sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Handle business development, including identifying new clients, channel partners, EPC opportunities, and government/private projects.
• Build, manage, and mentor the sales team, ensuring performance tracking and target achievement.
• Coordinate with technical, design, and execution teams for smooth project conversion and delivery.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, developers, and institutional clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and policy updates in the solar sector.

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in the solar industry, with strong exposure to Rooftop & EPC projects.
• Proven experience in state-level sales handling and large-team management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within Rajasthan.
