Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales efforts. This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities also include creating market analysis reports, and maintaining customer satisfaction while representing the company’s values and offerings.

Qualifications:

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets

Ability to lead and mentor a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong market research and analysis skills to identify opportunities and challenges

Experience in real estate, urban development, or industrial project sales is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
