We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our IT sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and achieving revenue targets for our IT products and services. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our IT products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth and expand our market share.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure our products and services meet customer needs and are competitive in the marketplace.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers and partners.

Requirements:
Total Experience should be 5+ Years in Sales
2+ years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of meeting, achieving targets or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of IT products and services, with a focused solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales data.
