Job Title: Sales Manager – EdTech

Location: 2nd Floor, Best Desk Cove, 55, Tonk Rd, opposite Motisons Jewellers, near Nagar Nigam, Everest Colony, Vidhayak Nagar, Lalkothi, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302015

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Industry: Any industry (preferred more EdTech / Education)


Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the EdTech space. The role involves managing a sales team, achieving both individual and team targets, and ensuring consistent performance through strong leadership and execution.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of sales executives.

• Own and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Drive team performance through daily tracking, coaching, and motivation

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase conversions

• Monitor team KPIs such as calls, demos, closures, and revenue generation

• Handle key/high-value clients and support team in closing deals

• Ensure proper lead distribution and follow-up within the team

• Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with at least in team handling

• Proven track record of achieving both individual and team targets

• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in EdTech / B2C sales / inside sales preferred

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and performance tracking


Preferred Skills

• Experience managing high-volume sales teams

• Strong analytical skills to track and improve conversion metrics

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
