Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for our Insurance division. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing business, and handling insurance products including Motor, General, Health, and Life Insurance. Candidates with minimum 1 year of experience are preferred. 12th pass candidates with relevant experience can also apply.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Motor, General, Health, and Life Insurance products
• Generate new leads and expand customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Manage and support sales team (if applicable)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers
• Handle policy documentation and renewal process
• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales (mandatory)
• Experience in Motor, General, Health, and Life Insurance preferred
• Minimum education: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Two-wheeler / driving license preferred
• Willingness to work on targets and in the field
