Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to lead the showroom sales team, manage customer experience, and drive revenue growth through effective team supervision and premium customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete showroom sales operations

• Lead and motivate sales team to achieve targets

• Handle VIP and high-value customers personally

• Ensure premium customer service experience

• Plan sales strategies for festivals and special campaigns

• Monitor daily sales performance and staff productivity

• Train staff on product knowledge and selling skills

• Coordinate with marketing team for promotional activities

• Ensure showroom visual merchandising standards
