Job Description
- Key Responsibilities1.
- Loan Sales & Business GrowthDrive sales for personal loans, business loans, MSME loans, and other financial products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Expand DSA business through partner banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders
- 3. Lead Generation & Customer HandlingGenerate leads through field activities, digital channels, and references
- Ensure quick follow-up and lead conversion
- Guide customers throughout the loan application process
- 4. Partner Management (Banks/NBFCs)Maintain relationships with partner lenders
- Understand lender policies, product features, credit guidelines
- Coordinate for login, approval, disbursement, and payout
- 5. Documentation & ComplianceEnsure accurate collection and verification of customer documents
- Follow KYC norms, credit policies, and Fintech lending guidelines
- Coordinate with internal operations and underwriting teams
- 6. Reporting & CoordinationShare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Maintain pipeline reports and disbursement trackers
- Work closely with management to plan new sales strategies
- Required SkillsStrong understanding of loan products (PL, BL, LAP, MSME loans)
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Team management & leadership qualities
- Knowledge of DSA model and lender policies
- Customer relationship management
- Target-oriented mindset
