JSD Groups is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in the Real Estate industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Real Estate industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
