We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced female Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and customer relationship management, with a passion for driving revenue and building strong client networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in a sales management or leadership role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
• Ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and manage under pressure.
