We are looking for a Sales Manager who can drive membership growth, deliver revenue targets, and lead the sales team to exceptional performance.

Role OverviewThe Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly membership targets, managing the sales funnel, improving conversions, and leading a high-performing front desk/sales team. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, target-oriented, and experienced in fitness or service-based sales.


  • Key Responsibilities1. Revenue & Target AchievementAchieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for memberships, PT packages, transformations, and renewals.
  • Monitor daily enquiries, walk-ins, and conversions.
  • Create and execute weekly sales plans and offers.


  • 2. Lead Management & ConversionsManage leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, walk-ins, referrals, and partner channels.
  • Supervise the sales process from enquiry → follow-up → tour → trial → close.
  • Maintain proper CRM entries, follow-up tracking, and lead nurturing.
  • Improve studio tour experience and ensure strong communication to close deals.


  • 3. Team LeadershipTrain, motivate, and supervise the front desk/sales team.
  • Set daily KPIs: follow-ups, calls, conversions, appointments, tours.
  • Conduct daily sales huddles and weekly performance reviews.


  • 4. Customer Experience & RetentionEnsure every prospect receives a premium studio experience.
  • Handle escalations, solve customer issues, and maintain high satisfaction.
  • Implement retention strategies and track renewal pipelines.


  • 5. Marketing CollaborationCoordinate with marketing team for local ads, influencers, and campaigns.
  • Track ROI of campaigns and ensure leads are followed up professionally.
  • Suggest offers, events, and promotions to increase footfall.


  • 6. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track performance metrics: CAC, conversion %, retention %, revenue.
  • Maintain compliance with Antimatter’s sales SOPs and scripts.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications2–5 years experience in sales (fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of fitness memberships and PT packages.
  • Experience in CRM tools and lead management.
  • Leadership qualities with ability to drive team performance.
  • Preferred QualitiesEnergetic, confident, and passionate about fitness.
  • Strong discipline, follow-up skills, and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to handle pressure and thrive in a target-driven environment.
