Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager join our Finance DSA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational, administrative, and compliance-related tasks that ensure smooth functioning of financial product distribution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential financial data with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Partner Coordination
• Support front-end teams by providing accurate information and timely updates.
• Liaise with financial partners for query resolution and documentation follow-ups.
• Maintain professional communication with clients regarding status updates.
• Process Improvement
• Identify gaps in workflow and suggest automation or efficiency enhancements.
• Assist in developing templates, dashboards, and reporting systems for better transparency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial services, banking, or NBFC operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial products (loans, mutual funds, insurance).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
