Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide styling advice and product knowledge to help customers make informed purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Assist in inventory management including stock replenishment.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- 🔹 RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: Previous retail or fashion sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and current trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
