Role Overview
We’re seeking a result-oriented, high-performing Sales Manager to spearhead regional growth across Jaipur and surrounding territories. You will be our front-line catalyst—creating new opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue for our AI and automation product suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed regional business targets.
- Identify, engage, and close opportunities in both private and public sector domains.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Understand client needs deeply; position Predusk AI’s offerings as tailor-fit solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape go-to-market narratives and campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using CRM tools and sales dashboards.
- Represent Predusk AI at local networking events, industry meetups, and conferences.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.
- 5+ years of sales experience in technology, SaaS, or AI-based products.
- Proven success in B2B and enterprise sales; familiarity with long-cycle deals is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a high degree of grit, resilience, and accountability.
- Comfort working across diverse sectors and managing multiple stakeholders.
