Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Inside and Outside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. This role involves both in-office (inside) and on-field (outside) sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and field visits

• Meet potential clients to present products/services and close sales

• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

• Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Report sales activities, leads, and performance metrics to the manager

• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotions

• Travel to client locations as needed (travel allowance provided)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

• 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and fieldwork

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
