Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive vehicle sales, build strong customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. The candidate should have good product knowledge, convincing skills, and a passion for automobiles.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
• Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles and accessories
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and follow-ups
• Maintain customer database and follow up on inquiries regularly
• Assist customers with loan, insurance, and documentation process
• Coordinate with RTO and finance team for smooth vehicle delivery
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and post-sale follow-up
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
• Good knowledge of vehicle features and market trends
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
• Valid driving license is mandatory
• Salary & Benefits:₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience)
