Job Description

Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy, consultative Sales Executive to drive the growth of our software products and professional services. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from initial prospecting and technical discovery to negotiating contracts and closing deals.

The ideal candidate doesn't just sell "off the shelf"; they understand the client’s pain points and craft a solution that combines our software capabilities with our expert services.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and following up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand prospect business goals and technical challenges.
  • Solution Crafting: Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to propose the right mix of software licenses and implementation/consulting services.
  • Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling, value-based presentations and product demonstrations to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management: Manage complex sales cycles (typically [X] to [X] months) involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Closing: Navigate procurement, legal, and security review processes to secure new contracts and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or IT services sales.
  • Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas (e.g., $1M+ ARR).
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and integrations at a high level without getting lost in the weeds.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to articulate complex "tech-speak" into simple business ROI.

Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales intelligence tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
