About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Executive (Telecalling) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, presenting our products/services, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a database of customer calls and sales records.
• Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
