We are launching an Online Beauty Portal where beauty parlours and salons will be listed to generate quality business leads for them.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Professional who can onboard beauty parlours on our portal and drive revenue growth.

• Beauty Parlours & Salons ko portal par onboard karna
• Listing packages explain karna aur sales close karna
• Leads generation strategy banana
• Field visits & meetings with salon owners
• Telecalling & follow-up management
• Monthly sales target achieve karna
• Marketing campaigns plan karna (Online + Offline)
• Relationship management with registered salons

💼 Required Skills

• Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
• B2B Sales Experience (Preferably Beauty Industry)
• Lead Generation & Closing Skills
• Team Handling (if required)
• Basic Digital Marketing Knowledge
• Target-oriented & Self-motivated personality

🎓 Qualification

• Graduate (Minimum)
• MBA in Marketing (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 5 Years Experience in Sales & Marketing
