Sales & Marketing Executive

Handle government tenders including documentation, bidding, follow-up, and coordination.

- Meet with builders, architects, contractors, and government departments to promote company products and services.

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, market research, and client meetings.

- Represent the company in the builder market and government offices.

- Negotiate effectively and close deals with clients

.- Maintain strong customer relations to ensure repeat business and long-term growth

.- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular reports

Key skills.

 Strong knowledge of Government Tender Process & Documentation

.- Experience in Builder/Architect/Construction Market preferred

.- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills

.- Ability to close deals and achieve targets under deadlines

.- Self-motivated, result-driven, and confident in client interactions

.- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email Drafting, GEM/Tender Portals).

 Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.

- 2–5 years of relevant sales experience (Govt. Tender & Builder Segment experience will be an advantage)
