Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

we are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Lead to drive our business growth in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in sales and the ability to build strong relationships with solar EPCs ,IPP and partners . While experience in the solar industry is mandatory,

& background in sales and an entrepreneurial spirit are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our Solar's market share in Rajasthan.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with solar installers, EPC companies, and other key players in the region.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitor landscape.

• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience.

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and self-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.

• Agency and Initiative: A proven track record of taking initiative and demonstrating agency in previous roles.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur.
