Job Description

🔸 Position: Sales Executive (Female)

🏢 Industry: Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)

📍 Location: [Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur]


🌟 Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Identify potential residential, commercial, and industrial clients for solar solutions.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand client requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Sales Strategy & Execution


  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities and campaigns.

Product Knowledge & Consultation


  • Provide accurate information about solar EPC systems, net metering, subsidies, and ROI to prospective clients.
  • Guide customers on the technical and financial benefits of adopting solar energy.
  1. Proposal Management

  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Liaise with the engineering and design teams to ensure proposals are technically sound.

CRM & Reporting


  • Maintain records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM software.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities and performance metrics to the management.

Market Intelligence


  • Stay updated with industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
