Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, online, and corporate clients

• Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate print solutions

• Generate new business through:

• Client visits

• Cold calling & follow-ups

• Local market outreach

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

• Coordinate with the design and production team for order execution

• Prepare quotations and close sales

• Assist in basic marketing activities (client follow-ups, promotions, lead generation)

• Maintain client records and sales reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or marketing (printing industry experience is a plus)

• Good communication and client-handling skills

• Ability to explain products and printing processes clearly

• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach

• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, email, Excel)

• Ability to work independently and in a team
