Sales & Marketing Executive

Gaadimech is hiring a Teleseller to call leads and customers, explain our vehicle services, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. You’ll handle inbound + outbound calls, share pricing/packages, resolve basic doubts, and follow up until the customer books.

Responsibilities

• Call customers/leads and convert enquiries into service bookings
• Handle inbound & outbound calling (daily targets)
• Explain Gaadimech services: bike/car servicing, repair, pickup-drop, add-ons
• Share offers/packages, upsell add-on services when relevant
• Follow up with interested customers and close bookings
• Collect and verify details: name, location, vehicle info, preferred slot
• Maintain records in CRM/Google Sheet and update call status properly
• Coordinate with operations team for confirmed bookings and schedules
• Handle basic customer queries and ensure a smooth booking experience

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi + basic English (local language is a plus)
• Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and handling objections
• Basic smartphone + CRM/Sheets knowledge
• Friendly tone + confident selling style

Experience:

• 0–2 years in telecalling/sales preferred (freshers can apply)
