Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Industry: Sports Academy (Anantam Cricket Excellence)
Location: As per Academy Location
Experience: 1 Years (Freshers with strong sales interest may also apply)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Sports Academy programs, coaching batches, and memberships
- Counsel students and parents regarding academy offerings and admission process
- Generate leads through school tie-ups, local events, tournaments, societies, and field activities
- Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries effectively
- Support digital marketing activities such as WhatsApp campaigns, social media promotions, and enquiry follow-ups
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Prepare sales and marketing reports and share regular updates with management
- Maintain brand image, service quality, and professional behaviour at all times
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of field marketing and promotions
- Familiarity with mobile apps and basic computer operations
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
- Prior experience in sales or marketing will be an advantage
- Interest or background in sports will be preferred
