Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell financial products such as insurance, mutual funds, and investment plans. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales within the BFSI sector and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell financial products including insurance, mutual funds, and investment plans
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable products
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Conduct follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated with market trends and financial products
• Maintain proper documentation and reports of sales activities
• Requirements:Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably BFSI sector)
• Knowledge of insurance, mutual funds, ULIPs, fixed deposits, and retirement plans
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
