Job Description
- Lead Generation: Actively source and develop new business leads through networking, cold calling, and market research to expand the client base within the CHA and freight forwarding sector.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their shipping needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satistaction and retention.
