Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day sales across online and offline channels
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and social media
• Convert leads into sales through consistent follow-ups
• Oversee and manage social media platforms (Instagram, etc.)
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and content strategies
• Coordinate with customers by sharing product details, images, and updates
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to boost sales and increase brand visibility
• Track performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales and social media management preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing
