Job Title:Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Sales)

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can generate hardcore field sales, close deals successfully, and manage the complete sales cycle until payment is received in the company’s account.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate new business through hardcore field sales activities
• Identify and approach potential customers / clients in the assigned territory
• Present and promote company products/services effectively
• Negotiate, close sales deals, and ensure order confirmation
• Handle the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to payment realization
• Coordinate with accounts and operations for invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Ensure timely collection of payments and reduce outstanding dues
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain daily sales reports and field visit records
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience in hardcore field sales / direct sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Result-oriented with a strong follow-up mindset
• Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, and payment collection
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and CRM tools (basic level)
• Experience:1–5 years of experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales
