SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Wedding Planner – Sales Manager who can handle client acquisition, wedding planning coordination, and revenue generation. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into confirmed bookings and ensuring smooth execution of wedding events.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

• Generate leads through online platforms, references, vendors, and social media
• Meet potential clients and understand their wedding requirements
• Present event packages, services, and pricing details
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain client database and follow-up regularlWedding Planning & Coordination:
• Understand client theme, budget, and expectations
• Coordinate with decorators, caterers, photographers, venues, and vendors
• Prepare event timelines and execution plans
• Ensure smooth execution of events as per client expectations
• Handle client queries and resolve issues during events
• Skills Required:Strong communication and negotiation skills

Qualification:

• Graduate in any field (Hospitality/Event Management preferred)
• MBA in Marketing or Event Management (Preferred but not mandatory)
