Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Manager to lead our residential, commercial & industrial (C&I), and solar pump sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets in line with our company’s solar energy growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across residential, C&I, and solar pump segments.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Conduct site assessments and deliver customized proposals to clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with design, installation, and service teams to ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in solar sales (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of solar policies, MNRE schemes, and local subsidy programs is a plus.
