Sales & Marketing Manager

IIEMR is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager who will lead admissions marketing, brand promotions and business partnerships while supporting the promotion of institute-led events and initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns for student admissions

• Promote IIEMR courses through social media, digital marketing and media outreach

• Coordinate with media houses and marketing partners

• Plan promotional activities such as seminars, webinars and career counselling sessions

Sales & Admissions• Manage the student admission pipeline from inquiries to enrollment

• Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets

• Guide the admissions counselling team

• Maintain database and follow-ups with prospective students

Event Promotion• Support the marketing of major IIEMR events including marathons, festivals and conferences

• Build partnerships for event participation, sponsorships and collaborations

• Promote institute involvement in events such as AU Jaipur Marathon, World Health & Wellness Fest and Jaipur Color Run

Business Development• Develop partnerships with corporates, event companies and institutions

• Generate opportunities for internships, placements and sponsorships

• Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and industry tie-ups

Required Skills• Strong sales and marketing capabilities

• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media promotions

• Excellent communication and networking skills

• Ability to manage targets and lead conversion
