Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual secondary targets and TC/PC targets
• Focus on range selling - open/ closed/ men/ women/ outdoor/ sports/ joggers etc
• Assist in merchandising and in shop branding initiatives to trade marketing 

2. Channel Management

• Manage existing relationships with distributors, stockists, and retail outlets 
• Ensure timely placement of orders and despatches from distributors
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure stock presence and inventory levels are maintained

3. Business Development

• Identify and onboard new retail partners to the assigned distributor
• Analyze territory potential and implement initiatives for business growth in untapped segments.
• Promote new product launches and seasonal collections effectively to channel partners- through range and product presentations

4. Market Feedback & Reporting

• Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, promotional activities, and new product offerings.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to the marketing and product development teams to influence future product strategies.
• Report accurate sales, call reports, and expense reports
• Ensure strict adherence to PJP and market coverage plans

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate degree/ Post graduate
• Experience: 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Footwear industry
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM software 
• Other: Must possess excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
