Job Description
Job Title: Sales Officer – Home Loan / LAP
Company: Leading NBFC (Affordable Housing & LAP)
CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 1 year in HL / LAP Sales
Location: Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire customers for Home Loans & Loan Against Property
- Manage channel partners, connectors, and direct sourcing
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and documentation coordination
- Achieve monthly sales targets with quality sourcing
- Maintain strong portfolio hygiene and customer relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in HL / LAP
- Strong field sales & relationship management skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert them effectively
