Job Description:We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in smartphone repair and be willing to travel to customer locations for service calls. A bike and a valid driving license are mandatory for this role.
- Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair smartphones (hardware and software issues).
- Visit customer locations to provide on-site service.
- Maintain service reports and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle spare parts and maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate with the service center team for escalations.
- Requirements:Experience in smartphone repair (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.
- Basic knowledge of Android and iPhone models.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
