Sales & Service Executive (ITI Fresher)

CineDot True Print Solution is hiring ITI freshers for the role of Sales & Service Executive in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. CineDot is an authorised partner of Epson and Fujifilm, dealing in Epson large-format printers (DTG, DTF, Dye Sublimation, CAD, Photo, Eco Solvent, UV) and Fujifilm production printers.​

About the role

This is an entry-level field role for ITI freshers interested in printer sales, installation, and after-sales service for commercial printing equipment. Candidates will work closely with senior engineers and the sales team to support customers across assigned territories.​

Location: Madhya Pradesh & Rajasthan (field job with regular travel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Field visits for demo, installation and basic service of Epson large-format and Fujifilm production printers at client sites.​
• Handle customer queries, basic troubleshooting and coordinate with senior engineer for complex issues.​
• Generate leads, support sales visits, explain printer applications like DTG, DTF, sublimation, CAD, photo, eco-solvent and UV to clients.​
• Maintain visit reports, collect payments/ documents, and build good relations with customers.​

Qualification & Skills:

• ITI in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Printing or related trade (fresher preferred).
• Two-wheeler with licence and willingness to travel in city and nearby districts.
• Basic knowledge of computers and interest in printer technology & field work.​
