Job Overview: 

We are hiring Sales Support Executives responsible for handling B2B and B2C sales support, managing customer data, and maintaining accurate daily sales records using Excel. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for B2B and B2C customers. 
• Understand customer requirements and assist in providing suitable product recommendations. 
• Generate, track and follow up on leads regularly. 
• Maintain daily reports, call logs, and follow-up records. 
• Manage and update customer data using Excel. 
• Track leads, inquiries, and conversions. 
• Coordinate with internal teams for order confirmation and customer support. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• 6 months – 3 years of experience in sales support, tele sales, or inside sales. 
• Excellent communication and soft skills. 
• Prior experience in B2B and B2C sales support preferred. 
• Proficient in MS Excel for reporting, tracking, and maintaining customer data. 
• Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
