Sales Team Lead

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly

sales targets

• Drive agent productivity, conversions, AHT, and overall performance metrics

• Own revenue delivery across assigned cohorts, campaigns, and customer

segments.

• Ensure effective usage of CRM tools, dialers, and channel workflows (calls,

WhatsApp, email, etc.)

• Monitor call quality, compliance, and customer experience standards.

• Conductregular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback sessions.

• Identify performance gaps and implement action plans and corrective

measures.

• Track team performance and share daily/weekly/monthly reports with

stakeholders.

• Support implementation of new processes, tools, campaigns, and system

enhancements.

• Maintain discipline, attendance adherence, roster management, and team

engagement.

• Handle escalations, customer concerns, and operational challenges proactively

• Collaborate with training, QA, product, and marketing teams for smooth

execution.
