Job Overview

Favcore is looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Team Leader to spearhead our sales operations. Unlike our freelance partners, this is a core leadership role with a Fixed Salary. You will be responsible for building a powerhouse team of Sales Executives, mentoring them, and ensuring that month-on-month targets are not just met, but crushed!


Key Responsibilities

Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing team of Sales Executives/Partners.


Target Management: Take full ownership of monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Performance Monitoring: Conduct daily huddles, track individual performance, and provide real-time feedback to the team.


Strategy Execution: Implement ground-level sales strategies to increase vendor onboarding and subscription sales.


Reporting: Maintain accurate sales data and daily progress reports using MS Excel.


Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for the team to resolve field challenges and vendor queries.


Requirements & Skills

Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a sales team (Field Sales experience is a huge plus).


Target-Driven: You must be a "closer" who thrives under the pressure of targets.


Excellent Communication: Strong command over Hindi and English to motivate the team and negotiate with high-value vendors.


Technical Proficiency: Must have a solid grasp of MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.


Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet and handle field-level escalations.
