✅ Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Booking Coordination:

Handle initial inventory sharing and booking message verification from associates

Ensure compliance with booking message format and FIFO protocol

Coordinate booking confirmations and maintain accurate Excel records with client and associate details

Follow up with associates for timely submission of booking amounts; release plots as per protocol if delayed

🔹 Finance & Sanction Handling:

Confirm whether the booking is finance or non-finance

Collect complete documents for financial files and submit to the respective banks/NBFCs

Follow up on pendency, PD (personal discussion), and legal/technical/CIBIL reports

Submit ATS and sale documents to banks; track progress until sanction letter is issued

Ensure clearance of any special conditions mentioned in the sanction letter

Collect difference amount and issue receipts

🔹 Loan Disbursement Coordination:

Schedule and assist in loan agreement signing

Submit original documents to bank (ATS, receipts, etc.)

Guide client through formalities (savings account, stamp duty, PDCs)

Coordinate with bank officials for timely disbursement in seller's favor

🔹 Lease Deed Process:

Issue Allotment Letters post sanction and amount deposit

Guide associates/clients for lease deed file submission

Submit lease deed online on JDA portal and coordinate physical submission

Ensure timely registration of lease deed and share scanned copy with the bank

Support bank-side legal report and final cheque handover process
