Job Description

Job Title: Secretary / Executive AssistantLocation: Jaipur

Experience Required: 2–5 years

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (BBA / MBA preferred)

Gender Preference: Male (if applicable)

Industry: Open (suitable for corporate offices, manufacturing, or service industries)

Job Summary:We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Secretary / Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the management team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations and confidential correspondence.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and document preparation with confidentiality.
  • Draft and manage official letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  • Liaise between management and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases systematically.
  • Assist in project coordination and follow-up on pending tasks.
  • Handle office administration tasks and vendor coordination when required.
  • Support in event planning, client meetings, and follow-up communications.
  • Key Skills Required:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Smart personality with good English and presentation skills.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
