Project Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations.
Must have skills : ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
Good to have skills : Security Architecture Design

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary: Strong ServiceNow development and implementation knowledge. Implementation & functional skills for at least one application offerings (Policy Compliance, Risk, Audit, BCM, VRM etc) in ServiceNow GRC space or within SecOps. Certifications includes - CSA, CIS-RCI, CIS-VR, CIS-SIR, CIS-VRM. Roles & Responsibilities: "Project handling & team management capability. • Collaborating with managers to determine security needs. * Experience on project delivery and team management. • Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel. • Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance. • Keeping abreast of new technologies and advancements in security services. • Capable to produce technical design and effort estimation for RFP's & request proposal to match clients requirements/expectations." Professional & Technical Skills: "Candidate must have work experience of at least one area of GRC implementation over an application. * Strong ServiceNow development and implementation knowledge. • Good to be proficient with GRC terminologies, controls testing, audits, business continuity, Third party risk assessments. • Familiar to ITIL framework and implementations and scrum methodologies. • Ability to interact with customers, understand, transform & implement/enhance requirements & support implementation. • Knowledge of ServiceNow GRC & SecOps. • Proficient with product line : ServiceNow GRC/SecOps" Professional Attributes "• Working in a team and individual capacity. • Ability to play multiple roles on projects such as BA, Architect, Tech lead. • Work attitude must be learn and adaptive. • Good hold of knowledge & confidence when speaking with customers. • Should be able to assist and mentor team during hurdles & approach to resolve issues."
