Summary:
We are looking for a motivated JavaScript Developer to join our development team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-4 years of experience who have a strong foundation in JavaScript and web technologies and are eager to learn and grow in an enterprise development environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain applications using JavaScript.
Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following coding standards.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers.
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Maintain documentation for technical designs and implementations.

Technical Skills
Should be well versed with
Function declarations vs. function expressions
Basic understanding of event loop concept

Immediately Invoked Function Expressions (IIFE)
Default function parameters
Higher-order functions (functions that accept/return other functions)
Callback functions and callback patterns
Data encapsulation using closures
Understanding of asynchronous execution model
Error handling in asynchronous flows

Soft Skills
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
