Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles at the gate.
- Check visitor records, issue entry passes, and maintain the visitor register.
- Ensure safety and security of company premises, assets, and staff.
- Perform regular patrolling of the factory/office area to prevent unauthorized activities.
- Verify material in-out movements with proper gate pass and documentation.
- Report any suspicious activity, incident, or safety risk to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain discipline and follow company security protocols at all times.
- Assist during emergencies such as fire, accidents, or evacuation situations.
- Required Skills Basic reading and writing skills
- Alertness and observation ability
- Discipline and punctuality
- Good communication and polite behavior
- Basic knowledge of security procedures
- Qualification & Experience Minimum 10th Pass (preferred)
- Experience in factory, warehouse, or office security is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Proper gate entry records and zero unauthorized access
- Timely incident reporting
- Effective patrolling and safety compliance
- Professional behavior with visitors and staff
