Job Description

  • ·        Counseling Students: Provide personalized academic and course counseling to students, focusing on selling certification courses, guiding them toward suitable educational programs and courses, and effectively closing deals to secure enrollments.
  • ·        Lead Sourcing: Actively source and generate leads through various channels to identify potential clients, including individual learners, parents, and educational institutions.
  • ·        Organizing Webinars and Seminars: Plan and conduct webinars, seminars, and workshops to promote EdTech products and engage with prospective clients.
  • ·        College/School/Institute Visits: Schedule and conduct visits to schools, colleges, and institutes to meet with decision-makers, present tailored proposals, and close deals.
  • ·        Home Counseling Visits: Conduct home visits to provide personalized counseling and promote educational solutions to students and parents.
  • ·        Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales of EdTech products and services.
  • ·        Digital Promotion Activities: Leverage digital platforms for promotional activities, including social media, email marketing, and online advertisements to reach target audiences.
  • ·        Minimum 2-Hour Calling: Dedicate at least 2 hours daily to calling potential clients to pitch products, follow up on leads, and close sales.
  • ·        Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed a minimum target of 10 admissions (online or offline) or course sales per month, alongside monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for EdTech products and services.
  • ·        Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
  • ·        Set personal performance goals, proactively identify opportunities, and work independently to achieve measurable outcomes
