Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

General Ledger Management: Oversee all ledger activity, including journal entries, accruals, and fixed asset management.

Audit & Tax: Lead the preparation for external audits and ensure all tax filings (Sales, Payroll, Corporate) are completed on time.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in our current accounting software/processes and implement automated solutions.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and review the work of junior accounting staff to ensure department-wide accuracy.

Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).

Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Macros) and experience with Tallay Prime.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
