We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior architects and contributing to the development of the company's architectural vision.

# Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

- Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and client stakeholders.

- Ensure that projects are designed and delivered in accordance with the company's quality standards and industry best practices.

Design and Technical Leadership

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior architects and designers.

- Develop and maintain the company's architectural design standards and guidelines.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve the company's architectural design capabilities.

Client Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.

- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Team Management

- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, providing feedback and coaching to help them develop their skills and careers.

- Contribute to the development of the company's architectural team, including recruitment, training, and staff development.

Business Development

- Contribute to the company's business development efforts, including identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals and pitches.

# Requirements:

Education and Qualifications

- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)

- Registered Architect with relevant state or national licensing authority

Experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural practice, with a focus on project delivery and design leadership

- Proven track record of delivering complex architectural projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Skills

- Excellent design and technical skills, with proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide junior architects and designers

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals and pitches.
