Senior Customer Care Representative

Job Title: Sales and Customer Care

Location: Jaipur

Work Schedule:

- Work From Office - WFO only

- 5 days of working with rotational shifts (majorly night shifts)

- 9 hours per day, including 1 hour of break

- Rotational week-offs

Salary and Benefits: 33K CTC to 39k ( Depends on your communication and Experience)

Requirements:

- Need fluent English speakers

- Graduates + 1 yr min expr

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Good Technical and Nontechnical aptitude

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

- No leaves allowed for the first three months, except for weekly offs
