Senior E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage our Amazon (India & Global) and Alibaba seller accounts independently, handle export buyers, and drive sales through strong listing, communication, and marketing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon India/US/UK/Global accounts (listings, PPC, shipments, FBA).
• Handle Alibaba inquiries, RFQs, and international buyer communication.
• Create quotations, PI, CI, PL; coordinate export logistics.
• Develop pricing strategy & competitor analysis.
• Run PPC & Alibaba P4P ads.
• Maintain inventory, forecast demand, create weekly reports.
• Resolve account health issues and performance alerts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Amazon or Alibaba account management.
• Strong communication and export knowledge.
• Understanding of Incoterms, global logistics, and product listing SEO.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
